Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese method of healing that works through the stimulation of anatomical points on the body, usually by the insertion of extremely fine sterile needles at precise locations known as acupuncture points. According to traditional Chinese medical theory, this enhances and balances the flow of the body’s energy or “qi” through a system of channels or meridians that traverse the body. While western scientists have a different view of how acupuncture works, the medical community now widely recognizes the efficacy of acupuncture for a growing list of ailments including nausea, low back pain, neck pain and headache. Its true power encompasses every aspect of health. It is used by a third of the world’s population for a wide range of health conditions. Recently in the United States fertility clinics have found that it enhances fertility.
